Online Book Sale Instructions for Academic Year 2025-2026

You can purchase your child’s books through online portal.

Please follow the terms and conditions mentioned below that will help you to complete your online transaction successfully.

  1. Online Book Sale is scheduled from 17th August to 28th August 2025. Read the instructions carefully & proceed with book sales portal login using Parent Id & Password. In case you don’t know the password click on Forgot Password enter the parent id & school parent email id. An OTP will be sent to parent email id for resetting the password.
  2. Click on the Online Book Sale demo video link for further guidance in purchasing your child books through the portal.
  3. Payment can be made through Debit /Credit Card. No service fee will be charged.
  4. Parents who have not paid the 1st installment school fees for the A.Y. 2025-2026 will not have access to purchase their child’s book online. For fee enquiries, contact the accounts department via email: [email protected].
  5. Books will be given based on the availability because of limited stocks available and will be delivered on a first come first served basis.
  6. Books purchase options for grades 9 & 11 will start only on 28th August 2025 because of the subject selection criteria.
  7. Parents have the option to buy House T-shirts, ARKIS CAP and ARKIS HAT along with the Online book sale. Purchase of hats will be applicable for the students of Preschool (Nursery – Kg2)
  8. At the time of Book Sale purchase, parents need to update or validate the student and parent details mentioned in the book sale form.
  9. Purchased books will be delivered to the home address free of charge as per the given address mentioned on the book sales page e.g. (Flat / House / Villa No /Building No / Road No. / Block No. /Area / Contact Mobile Number).
  10. The estimated book delivery to home address will be minimum 4- 5 working days from the date of purchase.
  11. Purchased books from Grade 10 will be distributed in the classroom.
  12. For Nursery students, the books will be reserved with the teacher.
  13.  Parents will receive SMS from the delivery company with the reference to track the book’s order.
  14. Parents should verify that they have received all the books as per the delivery note provided. If there are any missing books it should be notified to the Accounts Dept. via email [email protected] within 3 working days otherwise it will be considered as Delivered.
  15. Books cannot be returned or exchanged once the transaction has been completed online; please ensure the right books are chosen or selected for your child. For questions and enquiries regarding textbooks please contact the Subject Coordinators.
  16. The below purchased items will be distributed in classroom:
    1. Student ID card
    2.  Educational resources
    3. MOE Books
    4. Grade 6 to Grade 8 (if opted) Exploring Science Student and Learners Book
    5.  IGCSE Past Paper Booklet (Grade 9)
    6.  Student photo (if opted) will be given to the student at the end of the academic year.
  17. Delivery of House T-shirt, Caps & Hats:
    1. Parents should visit the school reception counter to select the appropriate size for T-shirt, Cap and Hats if opted. While visiting 2 copies of payment receipts to be submitted at the counter to receive the item purchased.
